| How to Sign Up |
|
To create your free Walgreens photo center account, you need:
- a valid email address
- access to a computer with an Internet connection
Then, just follow these steps:
- Go to photo.walgreens.com
- Select the GET STARTED button.
- Enter your first and last name, email address, and a Username.
- Enter a password (at least 6 characters long) that's easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess.
- Optional: Select the square next to 'I would like to receive Walgreens Photo Center emails'.
- When you are finished, select SIGN UP.

| Logging in to your Account |
|
Once you've signed up with the Photo Center, you can log in to your account anytime.
- Go to photo.walgreens.com
- Find the area on the right-hand side of the page that says 'already a member?' and select the LOG IN button.
- Type in the Username and Password you used when you created your account.
- Select GO.
If you want to use Walgreens photo center without having to log in every time you visit, click the box labeled 'Remember me every time I visit Walgreens Photo Center'.
Then, click on the log in button. When you are done viewing your photos, just close your browser window. The next time you visit, you won't have to log in.
To log out of your account when you are finished using Walgreens photo center, just click on Log out in the upper right corner of most pages of the site. You will have to log in again when you return, even if you clicked the 'Remember me' box.
Tip: If you are already registered on Walgreens.com, your user name and password are the same.
To log out of your account when you are finished using the Photo Center, use the Logout link in the upper left of most pages of the site.

| Common Questions about Signing Up and Logging In |
|
Do I need new log-in information to join the new Walgreens photo center?
You cannot log in to the new Photo Center with your old photo user name and password. However, if you are registered on Walgreens.com, the same log-in information will allow you access to our new Photo Center.
Why does the Photo Center need my mailing address?
Providing your mailing address is optional.
Can I sign up through the mail or over the phone?
No. In order to use the Photo Center web site you need to sign up through our online sign-up form on our web site.
What if I've forgotten my password?
Your log-in and email information are stored in your main Walgreens account. If you've forgotten or misplaced your password, we will reset your account and send a new password to the email address you have on file. Request a new password.
What should I do if I get an incorrect password error?
If you receive an error saying that your password is incorrect, try entering it again to make sure that you haven't mistyped it. (Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.)
If you still cannot log in, request a new password.
