|
Your Walgreens photo center address book contains the email addresses of the friends and family with whom you've shared photos, or to whom you have sent prints or other photo products.
Your address book is fully editable, so you can add or remove a friend's contact information at any time. You can also create email groups to make sharing photos even faster.

Add a friend
To add a new friend to your address book, complete the following steps:

- From your Photo Center homepage, select Address book.
- On the Address book page, select ADD A FRIEND.
- A new page will appear with blank text fields. Enter your friend's contact information, such as email address, first name, last name, and shipping address.
- When you're finished, select the SAVE ADDRESS button.
- If you want to continuing adding new friends, use the Save & add another button. To leave the page without adding a friend, select the CANCEL button.

Edit a friend's contact information
You can edit a friend's email address, first name, last name, and shipping address at any time by completing these steps:

- From your Photo Center homepage, select Address book.
- Find your friend's listing in the address book, and select Edit beneath it.
- The Edit a friend's contact info page will appear.
- Add or change the relevant information in the text fields.
- Select the UPDATE INFO button to save your changes.
- Please note that any updates you make to a friend's listing will also update their information within any groups to which they belong. However, to add or remove a friend from a group, you need to edit the group itself from within your address book.

Delete a friend
To remove a friend's contact information, complete the following steps:
|
|
- From your Photo Center homepage, select Address book.
- Find your friend's listing in the address book, and select Delete beneath it.
- A small window will pop up, asking if you're sure you want to remove their information.
- Select Delete address to complete the deletion or Cancel to return to your address book without deleting their listing.
- Please note that removing a friend's listing will automatically remove them from any groups to which they belong.

Create an email group
If you often share photos with the same group of people, creating an email group can help save you time. When you share photos with a group, you simply add the group from your address book, rather than typing (or adding) all of the individual email addresses.
|

To create a new email group in your address book, complete the following steps:
- From your Photo Center homepage, select Address book.
- On the following page, select the CREATE A GROUP button.
- A new page will appear with blank text fields where you can enter the name of the email group along with the email addresses of the friends you want to include in the group.
- You can type in each email address, cut and paste a list of email addresses from another application (such as Word or Excel), or add addresses that you've already entered in your Photo Center address book by clicking the Address book link. Please separate each address with a comma or line break.
- When you've finished entering the group name and email addresses, select the SAVE GROUP button.
Tip: If you enter a friend's email address for the first time as a group member, we will automatically create an individual listing for them in your address book as well.

Edit an email group
To edit an email group, complete the following steps:

- From your Photo Center homepage, select Address book, then Edit address book.
- Find the group listing in your address book, and click the Edit link beneath it.
- You can change the group name or add/remove member's email addresses from the text boxes.
- To remove an email address, highlight it and press "delete" on your keyboard. Please note that removing a friend from a group will not delete their individual listing in your address book.
- To add email addresses, type them in, cut and paste them from another application (such as Word or Excel), or add addresses that you've already entered in your Photo Center address book by clicking the Address book link.
- When you've finished making changes, select the UPDATE INFO button.

- From your Photo Center homepage, select Address book, then Edit address book.
- Find the group listing in your address book, and select the Delete link beneath it.
- A small window will pop up, asking if you're sure you want to remove the email group.
- Select DELETE GROUP to complete the deletion or CANCEL to return to your address book without deleting the group.
- Please note that removing a group will not remove the group member's individual listings from your address book.

How to import addresses?
To make sharing photos even easier, you can import addresses saved in Outlook or an Excel or Word file from your computer to your Photo Center account. To import your addresses, follow these steps:
|
|
- First, you'll need to create an Excel or Word file with all of the addresses you'd like to import and save it to your computer. If you're importing your addresses from Outlook, begin with Step Two.
NOTE: The format for an Excel file needs to list each contact's information across six columns – the contact's name; street address; city; state; zip code; and email address. The format for a Word file needs to list each contact's information on four lines – the contact's name; street address; city, state, and zip code; and email address.
- Once you've finished and saved your address document, log in to your Walgreens Photo Center account. From the homepage, click on Address book under the "Your photo settings" section.
- On the next page, click Import your addresses. Click the circle next to the name of the program your addresses are saved in (Outlook, Word, or Excel), and then click CONTINUE.
- Next, click the BROWSE button to find the file where you've saved your addresses. (A small pop-up will open – once you've found your address file, select it and then click OK.) After you've found your file, click the CONTINUE button.
- If all of your addresses are successfully imported, you'll see a confirmation message and all of your contact names will be listed in your address book. If some or all of your addresses can't be imported, you'll see a message asking you to double-check the format in your address file. Once you're ready to try importing them again, click the TRY AGAIN button.
